Associazione Most is excited to be part of the KA1 VET Project, "Healthy and No Waste Cooking,"
in collaboration with the Professional School for Tourism "Ivan Vazov" in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. Our students from The High School of Tourism in Sunny Beach are currently on an Erasmus mobility experience in Italy, and their culinary journey has already begun with impressive flair.
During their time in Italy, our students have been busy crafting a variety of delicious dishes that reflect their passion for cooking and their commitment to promoting sustainability in the kitchen. From ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach to savoury meat-stuffed ravioli and perfectly executed gnocchi, they have been leaving a mark on the Italian culinary scene.
These culinary creations are a testament to the talent and dedication of our students, who are eager to learn, explore, and embrace the rich culinary traditions of Italy.
